From the north, leave the M1 at Junction 22. Take the A50 towards Leicester. At the first roundabout turn left: you willl pass a sign saying "Newtown Linford" and then leave the built-up area. Do not worry. Continue for about a mile to the T junction in Newtown Linford proper: turn right, past the pub and then right at a mini-roundabout and go up the hill. I am on the right hand side half way up the hill (turn right at the 30 mph sign: the house has a white 4-bar gate).
From the south, leave the M1 at Junction 21A onto the A46. Leave at the 3rd exit (signposted Anstey). Go into Anstey, and turn left at the roundabout. Coontinue for about 2 miles into Newtown Linford, past the Post Office, left at a mini-roundaboutand go up the hill. I am on the right hand side half way up the hill (turn right at the 30 mph sign: the house has a white 4-bar gate).
Please note that you CANNOT turn off the northbound A50 right into Groby Lane.
